Dual/Tri Screens for Website Design – up 30%?

Lately I have been doing a fair bit of website design while down at my girlfriends house. The problem with this being the size of my laptop. It’s only a 13.1″ screen and is quite difficult to do any sort of design on. I do manage, but I struggle.
At home I normally use a better setup, my home-built quad-core desktop with dual 24″ monitors. (Yes, I did get identical, I had to)
Where would I be without these 2 monitors?

When it comes to designing websites, one of the early stages is to decide on a layout. Picking the wrong layout can be disastrous for the website. The layout needs to have enough space to display the relevant information, while maintaining the usability of the website. This is why I decided to blog about what layouts I mainly use and therefore my top 5.

After waking up from the cave this morning, I decided to have a browse around on the Internet for some relevant articles. I came across this one posted over at Blackwater Blog. As I’m new to the ‘blogging’ world – I thought it was about time to write my first real article. Staying on topic, I decided to give MY top 10 website design tools. Now this is my personal list. I have only been designing websites for about a year or so now and I am still on the guide ropes so please bare with me.

My thoughts on Joleon Lescott leaving Everton for Manchester City. I am a Manchester United fan so the actions of the rivals are quite important because of the upcoming derbys.

Dodo Juice – Rainforest Rub

Dodo juice is a brand of car detailing products that range from shampoos to polishes to waxes. Anyway, the Rainforest Rub that I am referring to is a carnauba wax that smells of watermelon and is green. The wax is designed to protect the paint on your car from the environment and harsh conditions it may be in.
